About Partners for Care

WellTide Health - led by Partners for Care and supported by Lindsay Construction and RCS Construction

Partners for Care (PFC) is an independent nonprofit partner of Nova Scotia Health (NSH). Complementing the efforts of NSH, PFC collaborates with businesses to improve healthcare and to enact positive service experiences for patients, healthcare providers, and communities across Nova Scotia.

WellTide Health is a new innovative space led by PFC that has been designed to complement the primary healthcare system, bringing together community-centred health and wellness programs, businesses, and supports aligned with the needs of the surrounding community.
